The protection of personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail is an important concern for us in the sense of a trusting and lasting cooperation. In the following you will learn what information we collect and how we handle it.
We do not collect any personal data via our websites without your consent. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. You alone decide whether or not you wish to disclose this data to us, for example in the context of a registration, survey, inquiry or similar.

We use your personal data to answer your inquiry, to process your order or to provide you access to special information or offers. To maintain customer relationships, it may also be necessary for us to store and process your personal data.
You can always find out what personal data is stored. You can revoke your consent to the use and storage of your data at any time without giving reasons. The revocation must be sent to the following e-mail address: kontakt@cert-eu.org. Upon request, we will immediately delete your personal data.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The use of the contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. We, as the operator of these pages, expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example in the form of spam mails.

If you have any further questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can directly contact the responsible body named below, which is also available in the event of requests for information or complaints.
